Flora after Sandro Botticelli's Primavera.

This encapsulated (varnished) watercolor is my variation of Botticelli's Flora, one of the figures in his masterpiece Primavera. It is painted on a very archival surface, a 1/8" Aquabord panel, produced by the Texan company Ampersand; the clay surface is very similar to the surface used by Renaissance artists for their frescoes. It will be professionally framed with a wood cradle and a black floating frame to provide final dimensions of approx. 20"w x 24" h. x 1.5"
